Our web-based software makes it easier than ever to manage your band, it's members and schedule. All of the features listed below are accessible from one screen, making this an easy-to-use, feature packed solution for band management.

Groups - This is where you define the band that you manage. You control the name, information, and reminder email/text messaging schedule in this section. If you manage more than one band they would be listed as separate groups.

Active Groups - These are bands that have events scheduled. The Active Groups summary page gives you a quick snapshot of your band's information and upcoming gigs or practices.

Calendar - A calendar that lists practices, performances, appearances and more. The calendar works together with th location manager to make an easy system for viewing the band's schedule at a glance.

Members - Your band members are managed on this screen. You can make members active and inactive and view a member's detailed information here.

Forum - This is where you manage the online communication between your band and their fans.

Projects - Manage your projects, from fund raisers to coordinating events, you'll always know what's going on.

Surveys - Build web-based surveys to get feedback from your band members and fans.

Media - You can store files, pictures, and video here. Each media piece can be stored in an album or be associated with an event, and permission is given for access to band members, registered fans, or the general public.

Website - Every band has a fully customizable website. You control what is shown on the website including the calendar, information about the band, fan club comments and news.
